Are the Sixers changing jerseys?
During Elton Brand’s Sixers photoshoot and press conference, he was presented/wore a vintage style sixers jersey, white with a very plain “sixers” across the front, red and blue stripes, and no black or gold to be found.

are they planning on using this again? or is it just a random throwback?
i’d much rather them wear these than the black/gold/red ones. wheres the 1776 reference in black and gold? the old style makes much more sense.
It just seems weird they wouldn’t present their new star player with a standard jersey.
i’m from philly. i know the sixers jersey history. i also know they gave speights a standard home jersey. confused me.
They should be wearing the old jerseys of the “Charles Barkley, Dr. J” era anyway due to the histrorical of that city.
